Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's how our return process works.

Return Period
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

Contact us at thestyvl@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to decline returns that are requested outside the 30-day window, items damaged due to customer misuse, or in cases of suspected abuse of our return policy (e.g., repeated returns from the same customer without valid cause).

International Orders
For international orders, including those within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. EU customers may be entitled to additional rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, including a minimum 14-day withdrawal period, which is already covered within our 30-day policy.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

30-Day Guarantee
Every item is inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you, within 30 days of delivery.
