Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods or promotions.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 6–9 business days after processing
- International: 10–20 business days after processing, depending on destination and local customs procedures
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Lost or Delayed Packages
